What time can I enter the space?
Monday through Saturday, clients have access to the space beginning at 9am. Sundays, the earliest access to the space is at 2pm due to the church and cleaning schedule.

Does the rental time include set up and tear down?
Yes — all set up and tear down of your event must be done within the agreed upon hours in your package/ contract. Note — these do not have to be consecutive hours.

What's included in my rental fee?
Access to the space, tables, chairs, and ivory linens are included in all rental fees. All events also include on site parking lot security. Additional fees apply for full kitchen usage & a pre-set space.

Can I bring in any outside vendors?
Clients are able to bring in any licensed and insured outside vendors of their choosing for their event. Our team can also provide our preferred vendor list as well as day-of insurance information if needed.

Do you have in house catering?
No — we do not provide any in-house food or beverage services. Clients will need to bring catering services for their events.

Can I have a wedding ceremony at 962 East?
No — we are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies or any other religious or legal ceremonies due to our affiliation with the Greek Orthodox Church. Receptions or any sort of parties are more than welcome, though!
